01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SECUREINTENT.AI browser extension, website, or related threat intelligence services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by SECUREINTENT.AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17237217). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

02. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• · Proprietary Rights: The Service, including all proprietary backend heuristics, zero-retention architectures, and trade secrets, is the exclusive property of SECUREINTENT.AI LTD.
• · Source-Available Components: Certain frontend components of the Service may be published publicly for transparency and security auditing purposes. These components are licensed strictly on an "All Rights Reserved" basis. You are permitted to view the source code solely for personal or internal security auditing. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, distributing, forking, or commercializing this codebase. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

03. Account Tiers and Usage Restrictions

• · Free Tier: The Free Tier requires no account registration and is restricted to a maximum usage gate of 5,000 downloads/requests. It is provided for evaluation and non-commercial use.
• · Pro Tier: Accessing advanced features requires purchasing a Pro License and creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• · Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to bypass security controls, distribute malware, or conduct illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Pro accounts or block Free Tier access if we detect abusive behavior.

04. The Zero-Retention Architecture

Our Service operates on a zero-retention data loss prevention (DLP) model. It evaluates intent locally or via real-time salting and hashing. We do not store, log, or retain your raw data, sensitive code inputs, or environment variables.

05. Disclaimers (Cybersecurity Provision)

• · "AS-IS" Basis: The Service is a threat intelligence and DLP tool provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE".
• · No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Service will identify all security threats, vulnerabilities, or data loss events (false negatives), nor do we guarantee that all flagged events are actual threats (false positives). SECUREINTENT.AI LTD assumes no responsibility for environment conflicts, system performance issues, or data breaches occurring while using the Service.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SECUREINTENT.AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

07. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
