Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 8, 2026
SECUREINTENT.AI LTD • Company No. 17237217
This Privacy Policy governs the data practices for the secureintent.ai website and the SecureIntent browser extension, operated by SECUREINTENT.AI LTD (Company No. 17237217), with registered offices at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
01. Our "Zero-Retention" Commitment
SecureIntent is built on a foundational principle of privacy by design. Our cybersecurity solutions are architected to be completely zero-retention. We do not require account creation, and our extension evaluates data locally or via secure Edge processing (entirely in volatile RAM). Once a security evaluation is complete, all raw payload data and clipboard contents are immediately and permanently destroyed.
02. What We Capture: Metadata Only
To ensure our security heuristics remain highly accurate, we capture a strictly limited set of anonymized telemetry:
- › Only metadata is captured in order to tune and enhance the product.
- › This metadata is limited to non-identifying telemetry, such as high-level risk scores, event timestamps, and redacted structural signatures (e.g., identifying the format of a leaked key without logging the key itself).
- › Because our systems discard raw input immediately, this metadata cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you, your machine, or the specific contents of your clipboard.
03. Strict Prohibition on Data Sales & Third-Party Access
As a cybersecurity provider, we treat the protection of your workflow as our sole business model. We guarantee the following:
No Data Monetization
Your data is not sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances.
No Third-Party Access
Your data is not accessed by third parties. We do not integrate third-party advertising trackers, marketing SDKs, or external profiling tools into our extension or data pipeline.
04. Website Analytics (secureintent.ai)
Our website respects your privacy before you even install our product:
- · No Tracking Cookies: We do not use persistent tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or advertising pixels.
- · Privacy-First Analytics: We use Cloudflare Analytics to monitor general website health and traffic volume. This operates entirely at the network layer, aggregating basic performance metrics without capturing individual IP addresses or building user profiles.
05. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
We operate in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You have standard rights to request access, rectification, or erasure of personal data. However, because our architecture is strictly zero-retention and our metadata is fully anonymized, we do not possess the technical ability to retrieve, view, or delete past telemetry data tied to any specific individual—we simply do not hold it.
06. Open Source Transparency & Contact
We believe trust in cybersecurity must be verifiable. Our extension's frontend code is entirely open source, allowing any developer to independently audit our local processing and zero-retention claims.
